TCC sells beautiful and delicious cookies solely on the internet. TCC offers cookie gift boxes, and individually packaged cookie favours. The cookies represented on the internet are meant to serve as an example of what they will look like. TCC will make every effort to replicate the cookies shown on the internet, however, we cannot promise an exact replica as our cookies are individually handmade, which means they will vary in size, design, colour and spread. 

delivery

TCC strives to process each internet order within 3-5 working days. All other cookie orders (whether large or small) placed through emails will be dealt with on an individual basis, and a delivery date and delivery method will be discussed and agreed upon. Please allow for any delay;s and ensure that someone is there to receive your parcel.

All orders placed in our shop are sent by first class royal mail delivery, which usually takes 1 to 3 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for delays in delivery, or items lost or damaged in transit, as this is out of TCC's control, but please contact us and we will try our utmost to help you. Special deliveries must be signed for, therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is available to sign for their parcel.

refunds, returns and cancellations

Due to the nature of the products sold by TCC, we do not accept returns on our products. If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done before your cookies are baked - email: amanda@thecookiecollaboration.co.uk . For personalised or Bespoke orders this does not apply. TCC Can cancel an order at any time and provide a full refund.

payment methods

Once an order has been agreed, you will receive an Invoice via email with an order No, this will also act as Order confirmation. No baking will commence until full payment has been received. For orders of up to 40 Cookies, full payment is required in advance. For orders of over 40 Cookies a 50% deposit is required, with the full amount payable 10 working days before the delivery date. We accept PayPal payments, Debit/Credit Cards, BACS transfers, and cash on collection.

 

We have your permission to use any logo or artwork sent to us for printing and icing, and these may appear on the website as examples, or on our social media pages.
